Our office is conveniently located just off of Highway 80 on the Sutter Roseville Medical Center campus in Medical Office Building 5.  The facility is fully accredited by the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care (AAAHC).

Directions

From Highway 80, take the Eureka Rd. exit. At the first light, make a left onto N. Sunrise Ave.  which will end into the medical complex. The medical offices will have large numbers on the top of each building. Look for the number 5 on the building towards the right.
