Nikki has been with the Lee Institute since its inception. She has studied both medicine as well as nursing at Radford University in Virginia. Her genuine care for patients and her extensive experience as a surgical, medical, and labor and delivery R.N. has placed her into consideration among patients and fellow nurses and staff as one of the best R.N.s in every hospital facility in which she has worked. She is a member of the California Nurses Association as well as the American Society of Plastic Surgical Nurses, a society dedicated to provide professional advancement through resource sharing, collective action, continuing education, certification and peer connections. She attends national meetings to enhance her skills and to stay abreast of new treatments and innovative approaches to plastic surgical challenges.
Nikki's creativity, entrepreneurial and patient advocacy skills have transcended her into the perfect role of patient coordinator. Her past experience as a plastic surgical patient has also landed her credibility as an important resource to address patient issues and concerns. In addition, her passion for the medical and aesthetic industries drives her to help her patients succeed in achieving their goals.
