Original surgery was done 1.5 years prior. She has silicone implants, 300 cc’s on the right and 330 cc’s on the left.

Implant exchange from 390 cc’s saline to 590 cc’s silicone. Medial muscle attachments were released and radial releases/cuts where performed to drop the implants into a more natural position.
